About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Sales Consultant to join our team at Connecting Education. As a key member of our Education Sales team, you will be responsible for selling our award-winning education software to international schools and customers.

Your primary goal will be to maintain existing customer renewals and source new customers (schools) for our company. You will be the main point of contact for all schools and subscribers within your agreed territory.

As an Education Sales Consultant, you will be involved in the full sales cycle, including telephone and online meetings, quote preparation, and customer care follow-up. You will have access to technical and educational specialists who will provide you with a full understanding of our software and its place within the education system.

Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one web demonstrations of our products to local and international schools outside the UK.
  • Attending tradeshows to showcase our products.
  • Managing a personal diary of online demonstrations, customer care meetings, and other activities.
  • Following up sales leads to complete the sales cycle.
  • Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
  • Keeping up to date with product developments.

Desirable Skills
  • Have worked selling to International Schools, ideally in the MENA region
  • Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Be a highly competent Microsoft Office user
