Role Overview

We are in search of a Property Sales Consultant specializing in New Developments to join our Birmingham team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Property Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our New Developments brand by offering expert property advice to a diverse clientele, ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors.

Providing exceptional customer service will be paramount as you work towards achieving sales targets established by the New Developments Manager and the Group Sales and Lettings Director.

Your role will also involve conducting engaging property viewings, promoting additional services, and assisting in the launch of new developments to the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer insights on government initiatives such as the Help to Buy Scheme
  • Participate in promotional events and open days
  • Assist in the marketing of new development sites and promotional materials
  • Maintain an up-to-date applicant database
  • Facilitate the sales progression of new properties
  • Support new business proposals and prepare pricing and comparative analysis reports

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a skilled property sales professional with a proven track record and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment where each day presents new challenges.

Proficiency in IT is essential, including familiarity with MS Office and various internal systems. Excellent communication skills are necessary to foster lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

A valid driving license is also required.
