About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and professional HR Administrator to join our HR team at Kirklees Council. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service, including providing advice based on policy and best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for all HR-related processes, including recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain accurate data and filing systems.
  • Establish and build relationships across all our sites.
  • Provide a professional HR service.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a confident and positive approach, who has the ability to work and stay calm under pressure. Experience working within an education setting is desirable but not essential for the role.

Location

This role can be based at either one of our central team hubs in Leeds or Kirklees, with travel expected across the sites as and when required.
