Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the reporting and performance of the management P&L against agreed targets and the business planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the reporting and performance of the management P&L against agreed targets
  • Develop and implement business planning processes to ensure robust business plans are submitted
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage and maintain financial models and reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • Professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of collaboration, customer centricity, and commercial focus
  • Expert user of Microsoft Excel with ability to work with and develop flexible financial models
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of personal integrity
  • SAP system knowledge/experience
  • A minimum of 2 years Pharmaceutical industry experience

Desirable:

  • Degree-level education
  • Strong interest in future overseas assignments
  • Prior knowledge of management reporting suites
  • Dedicated to continually seeking opportunities for improvement
