Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the reporting and performance of the management P&L against agreed targets and the business planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the reporting and performance of the management P&L against agreed targets and the business planning processes.
- Develop and maintain robust business plans for the Specialty Business Division (SBD) and Corporate Divisions (Corporate Functions and Global Functions).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Manage and prioritize an action list according to importance, complexity, and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain expertise in financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
- Professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of collaboration, customer centricity, and commercial focus.
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel with ability to work with and develop flexible financial models.
- Ability and flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of personal integrity.
- SAP system knowledge/experience.
- A minimum of 2 years Pharmaceutical industry experience.
Desirable:
- Degree-level education.
- Strong interest in future overseas assignments.
- Prior knowledge of the management reporting suites.
- Dedicated to continually seeking further professional development and sharing best practice.
