Financial Planning Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Endeavor. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our SPL production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with production, legal, sales, and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue, expense, and cash forecasts
  • Produce weekly cash flow forecasts and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead month-end accounting closes and analyze variances from forecasts
  • Liaise with production teams, finance, and AR teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment
  • Provide financial guidance and support to production staff
  • Develop and maintain financial procedures and controls
  • Liaise with external audit teams as required

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on media production
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP accounting system
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
