Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the reporting and performance of the management P&L against agreed targets and the business planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain robust business plans for the Specialty Business Division (SBD) and Corporate Divisions (Corporate Functions and Global Functions).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage and prioritize an action list according to importance, complexity, and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

  • Professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of collaboration, customer centricity, and commercial focus.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Excel with ability to work with and develop flexible financial models.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of personal integrity.
  • SAP system knowledge/experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years Pharmaceutical industry experience.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education.
  • Strong interest in future overseas assignments.
  • Prior knowledge of management reporting suites.
  • Dedicated to continually seeking further professional development and sharing best practice.
