Learning Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a SEN school in North West London. As an Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting high-functioning students with autism in Key Stage 4. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with students, implementing individualised strategies and interventions, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create and implement personalised learning plans.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each student. You will also have experience working with students with autism and a passion for supporting their academic and social development. This full-time role offers a salary range of £90-£105 per day, equivalent to £19,800 - £22,700 per annum.
