Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Advisor - Airline Partnerships. As a key member of our Customer Service Centre, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong cooperative relations with airlines, negotiating business agreements, and ensuring the successful implementation of our partnership strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain good cooperative relations with airlines, negotiating business agreements and ensuring the final implementation of our partnership strategies.
  • Decompose and formulate sales plans based on the sales targets of air ticket business in the region, exploring sales opportunities and promoting revenue growth and market share of flight business.
  • Internal communication, cooperation, and expansion with various departments of Trip, including overseas business colleagues, marketing, product team, revenue management, and operation teams.
  • Analyze complex data and use powerful insights to promote revenue growth and market share of flight business.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferred with 5 years experience in a similar role in the airlines industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, logical thinking skills, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing large accounts and negotiating contracts.
  • In-depth understanding of the tourism industry, and experience in travel technology products is preferred.
  • Keen market sense, strong data statistical analysis ability, clear thinking, and result-oriented.
  • Excellent business coordination ability, strong pressure resistance, and ability to work independently.
  • Language ability: Proficient in English and local language.
