About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessment, consultation, and intervention plans for our adults with complex needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, therapeutic support and make a positive impact on the lives of our service users.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a small caseload of adults with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized assessment and intervention plans
  • Collaborating with other clinicians and professionals to provide comprehensive support
  • Contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of our clinical services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
  • Registration with the HCPC and own professional body
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with adults with complex needs
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
  • Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required
