Lead Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing our in-house Clinical Team and working collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team
- Hold a therapy caseload with the support of our clinical network and team
- Contribute to staff training and consultation
- Work collaboratively with the site to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex profiles of need
- Support the integration of the specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision
Requirements:
- Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body
- Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
- Experience working within adults services
- Clear and concise report writing
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
