About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing our in-house Clinical Team and working collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team
  • Hold a therapy caseload with the support of our clinical network and team
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Work collaboratively with the site to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex profiles of need
  • Support the integration of the specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
  • Experience working within adults services
  • Clear and concise report writing
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
  • Ability to work independently
  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
