About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing our in-house Clinical Team and working collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead.

The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. They will also have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.

The Clinical Lead will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our adults with complex profiles of need, and contributing to staff training and consultation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, manage their own workload, and supervise others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Clinical Team and coordinate the line management of team members
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex needs
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Supervise and support the therapy team
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
  • Experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
