About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality assessment, consultation, and intervention plans for adults with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a small caseload of adults with complex needs, working collaboratively with other clinicians to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans.
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, sharing your expertise and knowledge with the team.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Locality Lead and Head of Clinical Operations (South) to develop and implement clinical provision in line with neurodiversity and intersectionality affirming therapeutic support.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work, ensuring that our services are evidence-based and effective.
Requirements
  • Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational).
  • Registered with the HCPC and own professional body.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners, including families, carers, and other professionals.
  • Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
