This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of 20+ Specialist Product Sales (SPS) Associates across EMEA, covering all lines of business within the SPS team. As the head of EMEA SPS, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing SPS management sales activities, focusing on new business development and expansion of existing business within risk parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize growth, optimize relationship profitability, and expand SPR across Product Sales Specialists.
  2. Partner closely with Product, Region Heads, Markets, TSO's, Investment Banking, Corporate Bankers, and Risk globally to drive business growth.
  3. Resource and performance management, including hiring, setting team and individual goals, performance management, compensation input, and other HR-related matters.

The successful candidate will possess strong business, commercial, and origination skills, with excellent communication and writing skills. They will also have a strong client focus, industry and product awareness, and understanding of the bank's operational aspects.
