Job Title: Postgraduate Education Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Postgraduate Education Team at the University of Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of the annual recruitment cycle for postgraduate courses, including event planning and preparation for the new academic year.
  • Liaise with teaching staff on course organization, planning, and preparation, as well as editing and distributing course materials.
  • Administer assessment processes, provide results information, and update the Moodle site with relevant details.
  • Act as secretary to committees, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions.

Requirements:

  • Education to A level standard/NVQ level 3 or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a busy administrative role, with excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of course administration principles and processes.

Working Arrangements:
