Purchasing Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Purchasing Manager to join our team in Banbury on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity involves supporting the Purchasing Manager and Division in its purchasing activities, meeting company goals for cost, quality, innovation, and delivery. Key responsibilities include guiding the purchasing team, undertaking supplier selection, and ensuring production supply agreements are best in class commercially.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement, with at least 5 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment. CIPS membership or a relevant business qualification is desirable. A salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is available for the right candidate.
