About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Education Health Care Plan Coordinator Assistant. As a key member of our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the coordination of Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence with families and professionals.
  • Work closely with EHCP Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate completion of EHCPs.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of the SEND Service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs. You will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, families, and professionals.
