M&A Tax Expertise at Deloitte LLP

We are seeking a highly skilled M&A Tax Expert to join our team at Deloitte LLP. As a key member of our Mergers and Acquisitions tax team, you will provide expert guidance on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues, managing a portfolio of high-profile projects.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues.
  • Due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ad hoc project work.
  • Developing and maintaining a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams.

Requirements:



  • ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Exposure to international clients.
  • Prior M&A experience gained in a professional services firm is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • The ability to analyze information, identify issues, and prioritize them.
