Job Description

As a Director in our M&A Tax team, you will be responsible for advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues. You will manage a portfolio of high-profile projects, conduct due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions, and participate in ad hoc project work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues;
  • Managing a portfolio of high-profile projects;
  • Conducting due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions;
  • Participating in ad hoc project work;


Requirements
  • ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification or experience;
  • Exposure to international clients;
  • Prior M&A experience gained in a professional services firm is preferred;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • The ability to analyse information, identify issues and prioritise them;
