Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to join our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will advise UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues, managing a portfolio of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions
  • Advising on tax structuring and input into SPAs and financing documents
  • Participating in client business development activities and providing training and coaching to junior team members
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Requirements:
  • ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Exposure to international clients and prior M&A experience in a professional services firm
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • The ability to analyze information, identify issues, and prioritize them
