About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you working closely with our clients to deliver high-profile projects. As a Tax Director or Associate Director, you will be responsible for advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues. You will also have the opportunity to expand your M&A skills, gain exposure to a diverse client base, and participate in all aspects of the deal cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues
  • Managing a portfolio of high-profile projects
  • Due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions
  • Ad hoc project work
Requirements
  • ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification
  • Exposure to international clients
  • Prior M&A experience gained in a professional services firm
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
