As a Senior Housing Manager, you will be part of a team that focuses on tenant support, housing management, and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) case management. Your responsibilities will include conducting tenant interviews and risk assessments, assisting with Housing Benefit claims, and working closely with external agencies to meet tenant needs.

As a Senior Housing Manager, you will lead high-priority ASB cases, ensure compliance with ASB policies, and collaborate with partner agencies for effective enforcement and resident safeguarding. You will also issue tenancy warnings, promote mediation for disputes, provide performance reports, and maintain partnerships with organisations. Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and numeracy skills, and the ability to work with IT systems. Experience working in housing and providing services to social housing residents is essential. You will also need to have knowledge of Housing Legislation and the ability to build strong partnerships with agencies like social services, police and local authority. Benefits and Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum DOE, and a range of benefits including health insurance, company events, and a generous annual leave allowance.
