Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Professional to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in Children's Homes located in Crawley. This role involves providing exceptional care, guidance, and support to residents with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct care and support in daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Implementing individual care plans and support strategies tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records to track progress and interventions.
  • Adhering to policies, procedures, and legal requirements to ensure high standards of care.

Requirements and Benefits:

  • Prior experience in children's support work is essential, with flexibility to work shifts and commitment to continuous professional development.
  • A UK driving licence is also required for this role.
  • We offer a competitive salary (£23,000 - £28,000 per annum), comprehensive training, opportunities for career progression, and 28 days of annual leave.
  • Shift patterns may vary, including early shifts (7am-2:30pm), late shifts (2pm-11pm), long days (8am-11pm), and sleep-in shifts.
