Autism Primary Teacher Specialist

The Academy provides a unique environment that caters to the needs of children with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome in Surrey.

This role is ideal for an experienced teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with complex needs.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and deliver personalized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- To collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- To contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum resources and teaching strategies.
- To foster positive relationships with parents and carers through regular communication and progress updates.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Relevant knowledge and experience working with students with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Compensation:
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus SEN allowance and a £5,000 joining bonus.
