Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Managed Services team in Truro. As a key member of the team, you will provide first-class service to our customers by handling 2nd line service queries and delivering advanced technical support.
This role involves:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Documenting changes in accordance with our Change Management process.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
- In-depth knowledge of system, application, and network infrastructure.
- Expertise in remote desktop support tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- The ability to escalate complex issues to 3rd line support when necessary.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment that values teamwork and innovation.
