About the Role

We are looking for an individual with experience in customer-facing technical support roles to provide advanced technical support and issue resolution services to our clients. This role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems, documenting required changes in line with Focus Group's Change Management process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of system, applications, and network infrastructure, as well as experience with remote desktop support tools and ITIL framework and best practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Truro
