Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers on the service desk, resolving faults, and updating the internal knowledge base. Key skills include strong communication skills, ability to work at all levels, and proficiency in Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Windows Desktop, Apple Mac Desktops, and laptops.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Must have a driving licence and own vehicle. Strong technical skills in Hyper-V & VMWare, Microsoft 365 Exchange, SharePoint, VoIP phone systems, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Dell SANs and Storage, and CCTV systems are essential. Experience working with firewalls, switches, and managed WiFi is also required.
