DK Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Truro. As a key member of our client's Managed Service Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support to customers.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will have experience supporting customers on a daily basis, including resolving automated faults and customer-reported issues. They will also be responsible for updating the internal knowledge base with issue resolution details.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support to customers

  • Updating the internal knowledge base

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience working with Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Windows Desktops, and Apple Macs. They will also be proficient in Microsoft-Office 365, Firewalls, Switches, and managed WiFi. Knowledge of Hyper-V, VMWare, Microsoft 365 Exchange, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Dell SANs, and Storage is highly desirable.
