Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a highly motivated Biodiversity Improvement Manager to join their team. As a Biodiversity Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in steering and implementing landscape-scale biodiversity improvements throughout the Network Rail Eastern Region.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, Operational Ecologist(s), and internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role due to the need to travel to meetings and sites in the Network Rail Eastern Region.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including competitive annual leave, employer pension contribution, and a health payment plan (dependent on WTC). Additionally, we provide flexible working options, including home-working, and a healthy work-life balance encouraged.
