As an Operational Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and enhancing the client experience through strategic planning and execution.

Your role will involve developing and implementing operational improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and elevate the client experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identification and implementation of operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Development and execution of comprehensive operational improvement plans to address client issues and consistently exceed expectations.
  • Conducting thorough monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews with clients to discuss performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversight of operational performance, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Maintenance of high standards of information security in adherence to the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrable experience in senior-level communication and stakeholder management.
  • Commercial experience in managing contractual requirements and ensuring adherence to commitments.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Knowledge of AGILE project management methodologies.
