Commercial Administrator Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work for a Train Operating Company as a Commercial Administrator. We are looking for a highly organized and analytical individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic setting.

You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial terms and conditions.

  • Contract Preparation, Review, and Administration
  • Tracking Project Costs, Budgets, and Expenditures
  • Maintenance of Up-to-Date Records and Financial Reports
  • Sourcing Materials and Services Required for Rail Projects
  • Identification of Potential Commercial Risks and Proposal of Mitigation Strategies

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Project Management Software and Financial Systems
  • Experience or Knowledge of the UK Rail Industry

Estimated Salary Range:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location:

UK-based

Contract Duration:

Minimum 3 months +

Working Arrangements:

5 days office/site based
