VAT Administrative Role Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled VAT administrator to join our Solihull-based team on a 6-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our VAT administrative processes, including data management, record-keeping, and communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data and maintain accurate records across our CRM systems
  • Process applications and communicate with customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new administrative processes
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary:

£27,000 - £28,000 per annum

Working Hours:

9am - 5pm (with flexibility to work either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm)

Contract Type:

Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
