Role Overview:

The Business Administration Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the All Age Continuing Healthcare Team. This includes managing referrals, maintaining accurate patient records, and delivering high-quality administration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage referrals, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate patient records on the electronic system.
  • To arrange assessments and reviews for clinical colleagues, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and professionals.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to ensure assessors and case managers' workloads are on schedule.
  • To deliver outstanding customer service, treating patients and their relatives with tact and dignity.
