About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Patient Administration team on a permanent part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administration processes and providing exceptional service to our patients.

  • You will be responsible for answering and documenting phone calls from patients, GP surgeries, and other hospital departments on all aspects relating to booking appointments, patient admissions, and patient referral letters.
  • You will also provide advice and support to patients and other stakeholders on all matters relating to patient appointments.
