Quantum Group is a leading financial institution dedicated to providing innovative banking solutions to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive growth across our product portfolio.
- Utilize a mix of Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Employ digital marketing tools such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify and target key customer segments to increase account openings and product usage.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve the customer journey.
- Partnerships and Alliances:
- Identify and target key partners to increase the value proposition of our products and services.
- Create, execute, and track incentive plans for customer segments based on product and service.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the effective execution of campaigns.
- Present campaign results and insights to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
- Compliance & Consumer Duty:
- Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with the UK Consumer Duty, focusing on delivering fair outcomes for customers.
- Regularly review and update marketing materials to align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience in a growth marketing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO and SMM, as well as traditional marketing channels (ATL, BTL).
- Experience in designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of UK financial regulations, particularly the UK Consumer Duty, and its implications for marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
