We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor at EE Retail. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized customer service and support to meet the needs of our customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide informed advice to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the values of EE Retail.
- A competitive starting salary of £12.34 per hour, plus an uncapped commission scheme.
