Wills and Probate Legal Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wills and Probate Legal Assistant to join our Private Client department in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly rated, legal 500 tiered firm and learn from experienced legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take will instructions and prepare Wills for clients
  • Deal with clients in a confidential manner, providing advice and support as needed
  • Assist in the marketing and development of the department and practice
  • Ensure accurate time recording, billing, and credit control
  • Provide progress reports to clients and fee-earners
