### Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Wills and Probate Legal Assistant to join our Private Client department in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly rated, legal 500 tiered firm and learn from experienced legal professionals.

### Key Responsibilities

* Take will instructions and prepare Wills for clients
* Provide confidential support to clients via phone and in-person
* Assist in marketing and development of the department and practice
* Offer advice to clients where necessary
* Ensure timely progress reports are provided to clients and fee-earners
* Maintain accurate office and client accounts, including time recording, billing, and credit control
