We are seeking a highly skilled Wills and Probate Legal Assistant to join our Private Client department in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly rated, legal 500 tiered firm and learn from experienced legal professionals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking will instructions, preparing and typing Wills, and ensuring they are signed by the client. They will also deal with clients on the phone and in person in a confidential manner, assist in the marketing and development of the department, and provide advice to clients where necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take will instructions and prepare Wills for signing
  • Deal with clients in a confidential and professional manner
  • Assist in the marketing and development of the department
  • Provide advice to clients on Wills and estates
  • Ensure accurate time recording and billing

We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits package, including a salary of £24,000 - £26,500 depending on experience.
