The salary for this role is approximately £29,000 per annum, plus a benefits package that includes a pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and staff discounts.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality care to housebound patients
  • Liaising efficiently and effectively with patients, carers, and health and social care workers
  • Maintaining accurate written records and communicating using a variety of resources
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to effective communication between staff
  • Educating and supporting patients and carers in the use of equipment

Person Specification

The successful candidate will hold a NVQ level 2 with evidence of working towards level 3, or equivalent qualifications. They will also possess basic IT skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a potentially unpredictable environment.
