Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Practitioner to join our team at Pembroke Medical Group, a large GP practice in South Devon. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.

You will make professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other healthcare workers. Assessing the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems is also a key responsibility.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for continued professional development and a supportive working environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be proficient in the use of IT systems. A strong understanding of clinical policy and procedure is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
