Job Title:

Head of Remarketing – Emerging Rental

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading LCV short-term and flexible rental provider as they expand into a full Fleet Management solution. As the Head of Remarketing, you will play a key role in developing and shaping the company's remarketing strategy to maximise the value of each vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a remarketing strategy to sell more cars and increase revenue
  • Manage a team of remarketing professionals to ensure efficient and effective disposal of end-of-life vehicles
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers to drive business growth
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new strategies to maximise vehicle value
About You:
  • Proven experience in remarketing, either from a leasing company, auction house, dealer, manufacturer or rental provider
  • Good knowledge of the automotive sector and fleet admin processes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and quick-thinking, with a creative approach to problem-solving
What We Offer:
  • Hybrid working in the office, with approximately 2-3 days per week in the Surrey office
  • A competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 per annum
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Car scheme or car allowance of up to £800 per month
  • 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
