Role Summary

We are looking for a Graduate Learning Support Worker to join our team at Remedy Recruitment Group. As a key member of the inclusion department, you will work closely with the SENDCo and teaching staff to enhance student confidence and progress. Your main responsibilities will include providing dedicated support to students with SEN and EAL, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth in a safe and organised setting.

You will be responsible for supporting classroom management, lesson delivery, and resource preparation. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers. A classroom experience is highly desirable but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the SENDCo and teaching staff in enhancing student confidence and progress.

  • A passion for academic support and a commitment to helping students with additional needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A classroom experience is highly desirable but not essential.
