Service and Support Specialist

Briggs Equipment is seeking a skilled Service and Support Specialist to join our team in Sheerness. This is a permanent opportunity with a base salary up to £36,209pa based on a 40 hour working week.
Overtime is payable at x1.5 Monday – Saturday and x2 on Sunday, and a vehicle is available for private use if desired, with tax to be paid.
- We offer a contributory pension scheme with employer contributions up to 6%.
- A profit share bonus based on business performance.
As a Service and Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include completing all related job and service documentation correctly, with necessary signatures/documents obtained from the customer.
You will need a relevant technical qualification and good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical principles.
