Key Responsibilities:

The Conference and Banqueting Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the conference and banqueting department

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the events team to ensure successful execution of events

Requirements:
