As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our pubs consistently deliver outstanding food, drink, and hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Direction
- Provide inspirational leadership to your teams, driving high standards of food, drink, and hospitality.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, support, and high morale across all sites.
- Establish a working environment where teams feel empowered and engaged.
- Customer Experience
- Have a real passion for hospitality and the principle of 'shared ownership', ensuring every team member feels responsible for the guest experience.
- Ensure a fantastic customer experience by setting and maintaining outstanding service and quality standards across all Lovely Pubs locations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and make regular competitor visits to ensure Lovely Pubs remains the first choice for customers.
- Drive continuous improvement of the guest experience, always seeking to refine and evolve our offering.
- Developing Your People
- Build and strengthen your teams by coaching managers, providing development opportunities, and fostering a culture of learning.
- Regularly identify and mentor high-potential team members, ensuring a robust succession plan across all sites.
- Encourage a shared sense of ownership amongst teams, ensuring everyone feels invested in the success of their pub.
- Optimising Financial Performance
- Take a commercial, entrepreneurial approach to drive profitability and growth across the Lovely Pubs portfolio.

- Proven track record of delivering sales and profit growth within a multi-site hospitality environment.
- An inspiring leader with high emotional intelligence and meticulous attention to detail.
- Passionate about fresh, seasonal food with a solid understanding of menu engineering to deliver great food quickly and consistently.
