About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Funded Contract Manager to join our team in Alcester. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and negotiating renewals to maximize revenue for the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts and negotiate renewal of existing contracts to ensure commercial outcomes for the business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Support colleagues in understanding contractual requirements and ensure adherence to terms.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and finance colleagues to mitigate risks arising from contracts.
  • Maintain a centralized database of contracts and proactively manage renewals.
  • Stay up-to-date with commissioning context for social care and NHS, including Care Commissioning processes of ICBs.
  • Engage with commissioners to develop business cases and potentially sign off contracts in conjunction with the Head of Revenue/Finance Director.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in contract management in the care sector, specifically contracts involving the NHS or other public sector organizations. You should have a strong commercial understanding and be passionate about person-centered care.
