Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in Southport. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in a care-related field, preferably with Home Instead or similar organisations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Degree in Social Work, Health Studies or related field (desirable).
