Job Description
The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
