Our Graduate Business Management Programme is designed to provide graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in a business management role. As a participant in this programme, you will have the opportunity to work across various aspects of our business, including management, leadership, and operations. This includes developing key management skills, such as rostering, reporting, and team leadership, and applying them in a real-world setting under the guidance of senior management. To be successful in this programme, you should have or be on course for a 2:1 degree in business, management, or a related field. Alternatively, if you have studied other disciplines but have a strong interest in business and care management, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and written skills, be organised, have strong time management skills, and be able to articulate their ideas effectively. A full driving licence is also essential. For this position, the estimated salary is £28,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
